This was a really interesting job we had to do for Peugeot. Our task was to create a believable snake and it wasn't an easy one.
I was responsible for 3D tracking which I did with 3D Equalizer. The camera data was exported to XSI where we recreated the branches of the tree so we had a very good reference for our snake.
After all tracking was done I did lighting on the snake and setup some particle and rigid body effects for falling debris like leafs, pieces of bark and wooden splinters.
